Diversity in teachers’ approaches to Movement Integration

Even though the principals in this study might have tried to encourage a decentralised individual approach to the use of MI [Movement Integration], participating teachers did not have a sense of ownership of, and commitment to, the implementation of the policy. Possibilities for collaboration, shared decision-making and common commitment seemed absent due to other priorities communicated within the school.
