S. Kretchmar (2000, 24) peger tilsvarende p\u00e5, at vores oplevelse af at v\u00e6re frie til selv at kunne forfatte vores bevgelser &#8211; <em>be an author rather than a reactor<\/em> &#8211; er helt afg\u00f8rende for at udvikle et meningsfuldt forhold til bevgelsesaktiviteter. I det lys er det essentielt, at l\u00e6rere, p\u00e6dagoger og alle andre, der arbejder med id\u00e6rt, krop og bev\u00e6gelse har sans for at underst\u00f8tte b\u00f8rn og unges bev\u00e6gelsesfrihed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">I denne artikel giver vi et bud p\u00e5 hvordan man kan forst\u00e5 begrebet bev\u00e6gelsesfrihed som et mellemmenneskeligt fnomen. Artiklen forf\u00f8lger en af den enaktive teoris hovedpointer om, at den gensidige og direkte kropslige interaktion mellem mennesker kan f\u00f8re til, at interaktionen imellem dem bliver fri og f\u00e5r sit eget liv (De Jaegher &amp; Di Paolo, 2007). Med afs\u00e6t i en specifik oplevelse fra online undervisning i idr\u00e6t under covid-19-pandemien samt enaktive og eksistensfnomenologiske fremstillinger af f\u00e6nomenet bevgelsesfrihed diskuterer artiklen, hvordan kropslige interaktioner kan bidrage til skabelsen af bev\u00e6gelsesfrihed i bev\u00e6gelsesp\u00e6dagogiske kontekster mere generelt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Vi foresl\u00e5r bl.a., at bev\u00e6gelsesfrihed ikke udelukkende skal forst\u00e5s p\u00e5 baggrund af individuelle egenskaber og erfaringer, men ogs p\u00e5 baggrund af de konkrete og gensidigt skabte <em>mellemv\u00e6render<\/em> og bev\u00e6gelsesdynamikker (Fuchs &amp; de Jaegher, 2009), som vi etablerer, n\u00e5r vi bev\u00e6ger os sammen med hinanden.
