Fra internationale studier ved man, at der kan v\u00e6re mange udfordringer forbundet med implementering af politikker og programmer, der har til hensigt at fremme elevernes fysiske aktivitetsniveau. Det tyder p\u00e5, at l\u00e6rerne spiller en vigtig rolle for hvordan implementeringen forl\u00f8ber.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Form\u00e5let med denne artikel er derfor at pr\u00e6sentere en oversigt (et review) over eksisterende videnskabelige studier, der har unders\u00f8gt l\u00e6rernes oplevelse af og villighed til at implementere motion og bev\u00e6gelse i elevernes skoledag \u2013 med s\u00e6rligt fokus p\u00e5, hvad l\u00e6rerne oplever som fremmende henholdsvis h\u00e6mmende faktorer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Der er s\u00f8gt systematisk efter artikler i databaserne ERIC, PsycINFO, Teachers Reference Center, Academic Search Premier, ProQuest Education og Scopus for perioden januar 2000-august 2016. Derudover er der s\u00f8gt i gr\u00e5 litteratur, ligesom der er foretaget k\u00e6des\u00f8gninger p\u00e5 baggrund af referencer i og citationer af kerneartikler. Der blev fundet i alt 1.713 artikler. P\u00e5 baggrund af en gennemaf artiklerne med udgangspunkt i definerede inklusions- og eksklusionskriterier blev 24 artikler inkluderet i reviewet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Resultaterne af de respektive studier er analyseret med udgangspunkt i en socio-\u00f8kologisk model. For at skabe indsigt i udfordringerne forbundet med implementeringen af skolereformen kobles litteraturs\u00f8gningens resultater i diskussionen sammen med Evert Rogers <em>diffusion of innovations<\/em> teori, hvor der s\u00e6ttes fokus p\u00e5 fem forhold, som kan v\u00e6re enten fremmende eller h\u00e6mmende for, at l\u00e6rerne integrerer motion og bev\u00e6gelse i elevernes skoledag.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Resltaterne viser, at l\u00e6rere har en afg\u00f8rende inflydelse p\u00e5, hvad der foreg\u00e5r i klasserummet og dermed ogs\u00e5 i hvor h\u00f8j grad fysisk aktivitet bliver en del af elevernes skoledag. Variationen p\u00e5 tv\u00e6rs af studierne peger p\u00e5 mange forskellige betydningsfulde faktorer og vidner om kulturelle, organisatoriske, lokale og individuelle forskelle og nuancer. P\u00e5 tv\u00e6rs af studierne viser det sig, at l\u00e6rerne generelt har en oplevelse af akademisk pres, som kommer til udtryk i oplevelsen af manglende tid til forberedelse og gennemf\u00f8relse af fysiske aktiviteter i undervisningen. Et akademisk pres, som bliver st\u00f8rre og st\u00f8rre, efterh\u00e5nden som eleverne bliver \u00e6ldre. Mangel p\u00e5 tid, plads, viden, kompetencer og st\u00f8tte fra kolleger og ledelse af blandt de oplevede barrierer, men det har ogs\u00e5 stor betydning, hvorvidt politikken\/interventionen stemmer overens med l\u00e6rerens v\u00e6rdier.
